- I have an issue when trying to download a VOD. I get an error message:
No file formats available for selected media - This video can't be downloaded

- Reach out via the Live Chat and share the link to the VOD
- Our team re-processes the VOD so it can be downloaded
🥚 Cause
- After the live ended, the step that turns the recording into a downloadable file failed
- Without that file, the VOD has no download formats
