• Can set a password on a collection?
• How can I create a collection that admins can't see?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Collections can't be password-protected, but you can restrict access to the media within them
• Restrict the media to specific account types
  • Open the collection and select all its media
  • Click the Access icon on the right and keep only the account types that should see the media

• Make the media private
  • Open the media and click the Access (lock) icon
  • Under Privacy Settings, toggle Private on

  • Only you and Admin accounts can see the media
• Use an invite-only Project
  • Add the media to a Project and set its visibility to Invite Only
    • Managing Project and Sub-project visibility 
  • Only the users you invite can see the Project

🔖 Notes

• Admins can always see every media, whatever its access settings, Project visibility or tag access
• To share media outside ScorePlay, you can add a password to a shareable link
