In order for you to change the access settings of media, the Media library > Can edit permissions permission must be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to the
Media libraryor open the collection - Select all the media you want to change
- Click the
Accessicon on the right
- Go to the
Addtab - Use the
Select account typesdropdown to choose the account types - Click
Confirm
🥚 Cause
- Collection access depends on the access of its media, not on the collection itself, so access is set on each media
- The bulk update applies the change to many media at once
