❓ Issue/Question

• How can I make media in a collection visible only to me?
• Can I make a media asset private?
• Is there a way to hide a specific media item from other users while keeping it in the collection?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Open the media from the Media Library or the collection
  • The details panel opens on the right side
• Click the Access (lock) icon
• Under Privacy Settings, turn on Private
  • The media is now only visible to you and Admin accounts
