Where can I find the files I downloaded from ScorePlay?

I downloaded a file, but I don't know where to find it on my computer
Where do the files I download go?
I can't find the file I just downloaded from ScorePlay
I struggle every time with downloads. When I click, I don't see the progress, and when the download seems to be finished, I don't know how to find it or how to download into a specific folder. What is the right procedure?

Follow the download progress
- Click the bell icon in the top navigation to open Notifications
- In the Operations tab, select Downloads
- Your download shows File download ready, then Downloading… with a progress bar, then File download completed
- Once it's completed, your browser saves the file to its download folder
Find the file or change the download folder in your browser
- In Chrome
  - Go to chrome://settings/downloads (or click … in the top right > Settings > Downloads)
  - The Location field shows the folder where your files are saved. Click Change to pick another folder
  - Press Ctrl+J (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+J (Mac) to open your download history, then click Show in folder next to a file
- In Firefox
  - Click the ☰ menu in the top-right corner and select Settings
  - In General, scroll to Files and Applications > Downloads
  - Next to Save files to, click Browse… (or Choose…) and select the folder you want
