Audio track options not visible on live stream

Hello, trying to select a different audio track on my feed whilst watching the day one integrated feed, but the option is not there
I am unable to see the headphone button that allows me to select different audio tracks on my live stream

Check the browser
- If you don't see the headphone icon, open the platform in Google Chrome, or in an Incognito or private window

Check how many tracks the feed sends
- The headphone icon only shows when the live receives more than one audio track
- Ask your feed provider how many audio tracks they send. A feed with more than one track needs to be sent over SRT, since RTMP carries only one
- If the live uses a live preset with custom audio channels, make sure the preset doesn't map more tracks than the feed sends

Some browsers, Safari in particular, don't display the player controls correctly
The feed sends only one audio track, or fewer tracks than the live preset maps, so there's no extra track to pick
