❓ Issue/Question

  • I downloaded a video that has 4 audio tracks, but when I open it I can only hear one
  • How do I download a version of the video with all four audio tracks on it?

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • The download always includes all available audio tracks, nothing is stripped out during export. What happens is that only one track (the first one) is set as the default, so most media players and some editing software will automatically play just that track unless you manually select the others
  • Switch tracks after downloading
    • In VLC, go to Audio > Audio Track to switch between tracks
    • In editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, each audio track will appear as a separate audio layer once you import the file, even though only one plays by default during preview
