Missing options in the filter

❓ Issue/Question

• One of my team photographer created a photo sub-collection under his name and uploaded his photos. I credited him as author and moved all files to the parent collection. Problem is, I can’t find the photos now.
• "Option X” is not displaying under credits filter.
• Why is “MATCH” tag missing from “Category” filter?
• How to set up filters and options in them?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Inform the customer to go to Configure > Taxonomy > Filter the customer is asking about > Edit

• Use the Add tags search bar to search for the tag the user would like to add
• Click Update
