In order for you to merge tags on the platform, the Taxonomy & labels > Can edit tags permission must be enabled on your account.
If you're unable to follow any of the steps below, kindly reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

- The platform shows duplicated tags. Can we merge them all into one?

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Navigate to
Configure>Taxonomy & labels>Tags
- Find and select the duplicated tag you want to merge
- Click the
Merge tagsicon in the top right panel
- Under
Merge, check the tags you’re merging - Under
Into, enter the tag you’re merging them into
- Click
Merge - Check that the duplicated tags are gone
