โ“ Issue/Question

  • What are Labels?
  • Where can I find label settings?
  • What are the most common types of labels?

ย

๐Ÿ‘Œ Resolution/Answer

  • Labels are permission sets attached to media. They control which account types can access specific content

  • Labels show on the media thumbnails and add a layer of digital rights management on top of your usual organization
  • You can find the label settings on the Taxonomy & labels page
  • Common types of labels
    • Approved: cleared for everyone on ScorePlay, including athletes and sponsors
    • Limited Use: has usage restrictions, so only staff who know these limits should see it. This often includes raw or unapproved content
    • Admin Only: only for admin users
    • Content Team: needs a review or approval before wider distribution
    • Raw: unedited, in progress or sensitive content, only for specific teams
