- External groups
In order for you to create external groups, the External groups > Can create permission must be enabled on your account.
If you're unable to follow any of the steps below, kindly reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to
Distribution>External groups
- Click
New - Enter the brand name and upload its logo
- Select the account type for the external group
- The account types you can pick are set in

- Turn on
Run AIand enter the keyword or text the AI should recognize to tag this partner in media-
Run AIonly appears when the external group has a sponsor account type

- (Optional) Add a link to the brand's Terms and Conditions
- Click

🔖 Notes
- A new sponsor has no media tagged with its sponsor tag yet. If the rules only show media with the sponsor tag, no media appears at first
