How to manage access for an external group?
How do I add or remove tags from an external group?
I would like to make sure that one of our new partners has full access to all the content available on ScorePlay, without any filter

Open the external group
- Go to Distribution > External groups
- Search for the external group, or find it in the list

Set the access rules
- Click the external group and go to the Access tab
- Access: sets how tagged media is shared with the group
  - Auto sharing (default): users get access to all media tagged with the group's permissions
  - Manual sharing: users only get access to media that was shared with them
  - Portal access: the group accesses tagged media through a Portal. This isn't enabled by default, so reach out to your CSM for more information
- Tag access: sets which tags the group can access

- Exclude tags: blocks the group from media with certain tags
  - How does the "Exclude Tags" field in a user's settings work?
- Leave both Tag access and Exclude tags empty to give the group access to all media

Apply the rules
- Click Apply to all users
- Click Yes to update the users already in the group with the new rules
- Click No to apply the rules only to users added from now on

Check the result
- Click the Media tab to see all the media the group can access
