❓ Issue / Question
- We have a user group that is able to create carts but not to share them
- When I share a cart with an external group, I get “Cart share failed. Could not share the cart. Please try again.”
👌 Resolution / Answer
- This is a known issue, and our engineering team is working on it

Share the cart with users instead of the external group
- Ask your admin for the list of users in the external group
- Open the cart, click Share and select those users instead of the external group
