In order for you to manage what an external group can see, the External Groups > Can view and External Groups > Can edit permissions must be enabled on your account.

AccessandRulesboth decide which media an external group can see. The difference is how much control you get -
Access tab
- The simple version. Pick the tags the group can see in
Tag access, and the tags to hide inExclude tags - Leave both fields empty to give the group access to all media
- Best for simple setups, like a sponsor that sees everything tagged with its brand
