- When I type X in the search bar, it doesn't find anything
- We are facing problems with the “name contains” search. It's not working, do you know why?
- I tried the Smart Search (AI search) feature and wrote “people smiling”, but nothing related shows up

Check your search terms
- Search by file name with
File name contains - Try the name without accents or special characters
- Use the exact spelling and capitals of the file name
- Search by file name with

Try the other search mode
- Switch between the smart search and the classic search, then search again
- For a search with several words, use Smart Search

Rule out your browser
- Open ScorePlay in an incognito (private) window and run the same search
- Turn off your browser's automatic translation for ScorePlay
- If the media still doesn't appear, reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat and share the search terms and the collection link
🥚 Cause
- File name search is case sensitive
- The classic search doesn't match all the words of a multi-word search
- Smart Search doesn't recognize what's in an image. It relies on tags
