Add files button is greyed out when uploading

❓ Issue/Question

• From the home screen, I selected Upload and tried to upload a file, but the “Add files” button is greyed out and I can't select any files
• Also, there's no option to choose a collection, why is that?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• The collection is the only mandatory field when uploading. Add files stays greyed out until you select one
• Select the collection first
  • Open Upload from the home page
  • Select the collection the files should go into, before filling in other fields such as the team
    • How to upload on ScorePlay? 
  • Click Add files and select your files

🥚 Cause

• Add files is disabled until a collection is selected, because every upload needs a destination collection

🔖 Notes

• If no collection appears after you select a team, clear the team and select the collection first
• Upload session fails with "Upload completion failed" error message
