❓ Issue/Question
- I'm uploading content from the web platform, and it takes too long
- The upload time seems very long to me, is that normal?
- Files from the same upload session finish at very different speeds: some take 15 minutes, others of the same size take over 2 hours

Check the network and browser
- Check the network connection and speeds (including VPN and firewalls)
- Try uploading using a different browser
- Try using a different network
- Check with your IT department if you can add some of the domains to the allow list
- If a ScorePlay Agent runs on the same internet connection as the people uploading from the web, a large Agent batch takes most of the upload capacity and web uploads slow down until the batch is done
