I get an error when creating a collection or sub-collection

❓ Issue/Question

• Why do I get an error message when creating sub collections
• The Sub-collection creation failed error appears when you save the new sub-collection
• As soon as I validate a new collection, a message tells me I can't create a new collection
• The Collection creation failed error appears when you save the new collection

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Workaround
  • Create the collection or sub-collection without adding an external group
    • How to create a new collection? 
  • Once it's created, click the … (3 dots) in the top-right corner and select Edit
  • Add the external group and save your changes

🥚 Cause

• This is a known issue that occurs when an external group is added during the creation of a collection or sub-collection, and our team is actively working on a fix
