💻 Environment/Context
- Classic search
- Smart search
- Tags
- Media library
- Dropdown filters
❓ Issue/Question
- I think it's a shame turning on Smart Search removes the dropdown tag menus
- It seems that the tag group dropdown filters disappear when Smart Search is on
👌 Resolution/Answer
- This is expected while Smart Search is in beta: the beta focuses on searching in natural language, so the tag group dropdown filters are hidden while it's on
- The Product team’s goal is to have smart search with the tag group dropdown displayed alongside it
🔖 Notes
- Smart Search is a beta feature and needs to be enabled on your platform by the ScorePlay team
- Search doesn't return results for a name in a collection
