❓ Issue/Question
- We should be seeing this file pull into ScorePlay however, the agent doesn't appear to be picking it up as a new file even though it's a new file X
- Files have been copied into a watch folder on local storage, but they don't appear in ScorePlay. There's no error message, and no failed task appears on the agent page
👌 Resolution/Answer

Check the watch folder
- Make sure the file is in the exact watched path
- Copy a small test file, such as an image, into the same watch folder

Reboot the machine running the agent
- Restart the machine
- Check that the files in the watch folder start ingesting
🔖 Notes
- After the reboot, files already in the watch folder are picked up automatically and new files ingest normally
- File is not ingested via the Agent
