❓ Issue/Question
- I can only see 134 images in the collection X, and my colleague has 444
- It no longer shows all the photos in the Collections for me. For example, in the collection X, I only see 18 pictures, but there are 77 available
👌 Resolution/Answer
-
What decides whether you can see a media
- Labels: the media's label must be available to your account type
- Account type access: the media must be shared with your account type
- Tag access: if your account has tag restrictions, the media must have a tag you have access to
- You need all of these. For example, having tag access isn't enough if the media isn't shared with your account type
-
Check whether your account has tag restrictions
- If it does, only media matching your tag rules appear in your library
- If you're part of an external group, the group's tag access applies too
-
Check whether the media has the tags you have access to
- Media without any of your tags won't show for you
-
Check whether the media is shared with your account type
- Media can be shared with specific account types only
-
Check whether the media is set to private
- A lock icon means the media is private and has restricted visibility
-
Check whether it's a browser issue
- A stale browser cache can stop the collection from loading all media
