Can I sort the media by capture time?

💻 Environment/Context

• Media library
• Search & filters

❓ Issue/Question

• Need to organize media by actual capture time vs upload time
• Only “Upload Date” sorting options show in the Media Library
• Missing "Capture Date" sorting options in the dropdown
• Unable to sort media chronologically by when the content was actually created

👌 Resolution/Answer

• ScorePlay has a capture time sorting feature that allows you to sort media by capture time
• When it's enabled, you can sort media by capture time from the Sort menu

• If you are not seeing this option when sorting, it likely means that the feature is disabled for your platform. Kindly reach out to your CSM or ask for assistance from our Support Team via our Live Chat
