In order for you to see the live recordings, the Live > Can view page and Live > Can view stream permissions should be enabled on your account.
If you're unable to follow any of the steps below, kindly reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

- Where can I find the recording after a live stream ends, so I can download it?
- How we can see and download the full live stream once the live is over?
- I added a livestream to a collection, once it's finished, how do I access and download the full recording?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to
Live>Live Media. Recordings sit in the same list as live streams - Find the event's card
- Open the recorded stream and click the
Downloadbutton to download it
🔖 Notes
- The stream recording is also published to the collection you selected during the stream schedule creation. Go to the
Live>Scheduletab, look for the stream schedule, and click on the collection link to view the collection where the stream recording was published - I can't see the current live stream from the Live section
