Mobile App upload shows Completed but the media doesn't appear in the collection

❓ Issue/Question

• We have a producer working the X match. He's capturing live mobile footage and trying to upload from the App. Status is saying completed but when he clicks on it the status is ‘media uploading’ Nothing is pulling through to our mobile upload folder for the matchday event
• The upload shows Completed in the app, but opening it shows Media uploading, and the media never appears in the collection

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Restart your app session
  • Log out of the ScorePlay mobile app
  • Force close the app completely
  • Log back in and upload the media again

• Workaround A: upload with an external upload link
  • Generate an external upload link for the target collection
    • How to create an external upload link? 
  • Open the link in your phone's web browser and upload the media from there
    
     

🔖 Notes

• Media uploaded through the external upload link lands in the same collection as an app upload
• Mobile App is not loading
• Video clips don't process when uploading from the Mobile App
