❓ Issue/Question

  • Where can you find and manage the scheduled collection synchronization?
  • Is there a way can we stop the automation on this please? And allow us to manually enter these matches as they come please

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Go to Configure > Integrations > Schedules to see the collection synchronizations you set up

  • To run a synchronization again now, click … > Trigger sync

  • To stop a synchronization from running automatically, click … > Pause Schedule
