In order for you to create a new account type, the Users > Can create account types permission must be enabled on your account.
If you're unable to follow any of the steps below, kindly reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to
Configure>Users - Click the
Account typestab
- Click
New - Enter the name of the new account type
- Select an existing account type to copy its permissions, or select
None
- (Optional) Turn on these toggles

External group: users with this account type must be added to an external group when they are created -
Requires team: users with this account type must be added to a team when they are created
