INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR when sending media to integration

❓ Issue/Question

• I'm unable to send images through to integration, getting INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR
• Sending media to the integration from the collection level shows an error

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Workaround: Send the media from a bulk selection
  • Open the collection and select all the media inside it
  • Send the selection to the integration

  • If the Select all button doesn’t show, create a new sub-collection and move the media into it
    • How to create a new collection?
