❓ Issue/Question

  • A sponsor is not recognized by the AI, so media related to the sponsor isn't tagged
  • How to format the Name to recognize field correctly? 
  • Hello!! I see that the sponsors are not tagged

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Open the sponsor's settings and check the Name to recognize field
  • Remove all numbers from the field
  • Remove any special characters from the field
  • For multi-part names, keep one main word from the sponsor name
  • To tag media that were already uploaded, reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat so we can re-run the AI on them

 

 

🥚 Cause

  • The AI reads each word in the media separately, so a Name to recognize made of several words doesn't match the sponsor text in the media
  • In the example below, the system detects two separate words such as “Grup” and “Autopodium”. If the text to detect is Grup Autopodium, the system will not tag the sponsor. Keep only “Autopodium”
