In order for you to edit an account type, the Users > Can edit account types permission must be enabled on your account.

Open the account type
- Go to
Configure>Users & account types - Click
Editon the account type
- Go to

Turn off the permission for each option you want to hide

Media library>Can view tags: hides the tags -
Media library>Can comment on media: hides the comments -
Media library>Can add version: hides the option to add versions -
Media library>Can edit permissions: hides the privacy, embargo and usage settings -
Media library>Can view transcription: hides the AI transcription -
Video logs>Can view logs: hides the video logs

🔖 Notes
- The side panel itself always shows when you open a media. Only the options inside it depend on permissions
