👌 Resolution/Answer

• ScorePlay is ready and listening for the feed, but no signal is being sent to the receiver yet
• Check with the team sending the feed
  • Ask your contact at the organization or production team sending the feed when it's planned to start
  • Ask them to confirm that their encoder is sending to the receiver endpoint shown in the schedule
    • Where can I find push streaming endpoint details? 
• If the stream still shows Probing after the feed has started, reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via the Live Chat

🔖 Notes

• Probing means the scheduled start time has passed and ScorePlay is listening for the feed on the receiver
• Once the feed arrives, the stream connects and starts recording automatically. You don't need to change anything in ScorePlay
