Players can't see a match's photos in the mobile app

❓ Issue / Question

• X players are having problems seeing pictures from last night's match
• The AI has worked and the images are tagged. They just can't access them. The images from the previous day are showing

👌 Resolution / Answer

• Check the collection's tags
  • Open the collection settings and check its tags
  • Tags added to a collection apply to every media inside it
• Compare them with the players' distribution rules
  • Go to Configure > Teams & Players, open the Players tab and click View Player
  • Check which tags are excluded in the player's Distribution Rules
  • If the collection has an excluded tag, no player sees its media
• Remove the tag from the collection
  • Remove the excluded tag in the collection settings
  • The photos show up again in the players' app

🥚 Cause

• A tag that's excluded in the players' distribution rules (here a video tag) was added to the collection, so every photo inside it got that tag

🔖 Notes

• Videos get the video tag automatically, so there's no need to add it to the collection
• User can't see media in the mobile app
