👌 Resolution/Answer
- ScorePlay Support can't create accounts on an organization's platform. Each organization's admins create and manage its users

Request an account from the organization
- Contact the platform administrator at the organization that owns the platform
- Ask them to invite you to the platform
- Open the invitation email or sign-up link they send you and set up your account
