❓ Issue/Question
- We are facing issue to download a clip. You can check in notifications bar
- Downloading a clip from the
Clip download readynotification fails, while other clips download fine
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Check whether the clip name contains a
+sign -
If the clip isn't saved to the media library
- Create the same clip again from the original video
- Remove the
+from the clip name, e.g. replace50+with50plus - Download the new clip from the
Clip download readynotification

If the clip is saved to the media library
- You don't need to recreate it
- Rename the clip in the media library to remove the
+ - Download it again
🥚 Cause
- The
+sign in the clip name breaks the clip's download link, so the clip file can't be found
