MASV download in browser doesn't start

• MASV downloads were working, but suddenly when I click on the ‘download in browser’ button on the MASV link it is no longer working as it was previously. The prompt says ‘your download has started.’ Any idea what's happening here?
• After you click Download in browser, MASV shows Your download has started but the download is delayed or doesn't appear

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Wait a few seconds after clicking Download in browser as the download can take a moment to appear
• Try another browser
  • Copy the MASV link
  • Open it in Google Chrome
  • Click Download in browser
