I can't find a sub-collection in the mobile app

❓ Issue/Question

• X player can't see in the app the photos in the Media tab uploaded to the X match collection
• X team are trying to upload content to their X match collection but they can't find it in the app
• Only the main collections appear in the list when choosing where to upload from the mobile app
• A player can't find a sub-collection, or the media they're tagged in, in the mobile app

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Search for the sub-collection by name
  • Tap the search bar in the Collections tab, or in the collection list when you upload
  • Type the name of the sub-collection, or its first few letters
  • Select the sub-collection from the results
• Navigate to the sub-collection
  • Open the Collections tab
  • Open the parent collection and each sub-collection on the path until you reach the destination, e.g. Collection > Sub-collection > Sub-collection 2 > Destination sub-collection
  • Open the destination sub-collection to see the media you're tagged in

🥚 Cause

• When you upload from the mobile app, the collection list only shows main collections by default. Sub-collections only appear when you search for them

• You only find collections and media that are available to your account
• Uploads to a sub-collection found through the search work the same as any other upload
