Does the transcript cover every audio channel of a VOD?

• For a VOD if you have multiple audio channels, does it transcribe all of the channels? Or can it only do one
• If you toggle to a different audio channel and go to the transcript, will it show the transcript for the channel you select

👌 Resolution / Answer

• Only the first audio track of the VOD is transcribed. The other tracks are ignored
• Switching to a different audio channel in the player doesn't change the transcript

• Get a transcript of a different audio channel
  • Clip the VOD and pick the audio track you want transcribed

  • Publish the clip to the media library. The clip is a new media, so its transcript is generated from the track you picked
