• Can you share me a link for upload the media day of X?
• You need to upload media to a collection, but you don't have permission to create upload links on your platform

👌 Resolution/Answer

• No, for security reasons the ScorePlay Support team can't create upload links, or any other link that gives access to your platform's media, without approval from your platform administrator
• Ask your platform administrator for the upload link
  • Your platform administrator can create the upload link for you, or enable the permission so you can create it yourself
  • Please contact your platform administrator to request that Upload > Can generate external upload link permissions be enabled for your account
