The page is stuck loading and I can't upload media

💻 Environment/Context

• Collections
• Upload

❓ Issue/Question

• We are mid live event and ScorePlay seems to keep crashing
• The page keeps loading when you open a collection, and uploads don't go through. ScorePlay works for other users on the same team, and refreshing doesn't help

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Connect to a different network, such as another Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot
• Reload ScorePlay and open the collection again

🔖 Notes

• If the page still doesn't load on another network, the browser cache may be the cause
  • User can't see the media due to browser cache memory problem
