I can't create a new tag while logging a video

❓ Issue / Question

• I'm starting to index the X match. The names of the X players are not in the database and I can't create them. The small window shows “no options”, normally it offers to create the word
• Until now I could create the names of the opposing players when they didn't exist
• The tag field shows No options instead of offering to create the tag

👌 Resolution / Answer

• Please contact your platform administrator to request that the Taxonomy > Can Create Tags permission be enabled for your account
• If you're unsure who your platform administrator is, please reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat, and we'll help you identify the right contact
• Once the permission is enabled, type the name in the tag field and select the option to create it as a new tag

🥚 Cause

• Your account doesn't have the Taxonomy > Can Create Tags permission, so the tag field only shows existing tags and can't create new ones

🔖 Notes

• Players from a team that isn't set up on your platform, such as an opponent, don't exist as player tags. Create their names as regular tags instead
