Schedule shows LIVE but I can't see the live event

❓ Issue/Question

• The X match is not live, can you check pls?
• I see the right schedule, but I can't see the live event

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check for a duplicate schedule
  • Go to Live > Schedule
  • Look for two schedules for the same game that use the same receiver
• Open the live event from the most recent schedule
  • A receiver records only one schedule at a time, so the live media belongs to the schedule that started last
  • Go to Live > Live media and open the event from there

🥚 Cause

• A second schedule was created for the same game on the same receiver. A receiver can record only one schedule at a time, so the newer schedule took over and replaced the live media of the older one

🔖 Notes

• When the game time changes, update the existing schedule instead of creating a new one on the same receiver
