Getty import shows "No results found" or "Failed to load media"

❓ Issue/Question

  • When I import from Getty on the Upload page, the picker doesn't show any media
  • The picker shows 0 media and No results found, and the error Failed to load media appears
  • Searching for a keyword gives the same result

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Reconnect the Getty account
    • Reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat to get a new Getty authentication link
    • Open the link and sign in with your Getty credentials
    • Go back to Upload > From Getty and check that the media loads

 

🥚 Cause

  • The Getty account link expired and ScorePlay couldn't renew it, so every Getty search fails until someone signs in again

 

🔖 Notes

  • One person in the organization signs in once, and the link then works for everyone
  • The link is valid for 30 days, and any use of the Getty integration during that time renews it for another 30 days
