Photo can only be downloaded in Compressed quality

❓ Issue/Question

• Inside this collection (X) there are some photos that can only be downloaded in “compressed”, for example this one: X
• These photos were not uploaded by us, but were uploaded by other people through an upload link
• Unfortunately I still have the problem from last time with the compressed photos, in the project when I select them to download some are in compressed format and not original, I need them urgently, is there a way to fix it?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Restore the Original download
  • Open the collection and select all the media inside it
  • Click the … (3 dots) and select Copy to local
  • Wait for the agent task to complete
  • Click Download and select Original
  • If you don't see the Copy to local option, please contact your platform administrator

• Workaround
  • Use this to download a single media right away, or if you can't trigger Copy to local
  • Open the media and go to the Files tab
  • Select the original stored in ScorePlay's storage and download it

🥚 Cause

• The default Original download is read from your synced storage. When ScorePlay can't read the file there, only Compressed is offered through the Download button, even though the full-resolution original is still safe in ScorePlay's storage
