❓ Issue/Question
- Can external photographers upload photos through a MASV upload link?
- Which upload method should you use to send photos to a collection?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- You can upload photos through a MASV upload link, but we recommend a regular upload method for photos
-
Upload photos with a regular upload method
- Create an external upload link for the collection and send it to the photographers
- Or upload the photos directly from your web browser
🔖 Notes
- MASV is built for large video files. For photos, including large batches such as a media day, use a regular upload link or the web uploader
