Copying media to a Project creates several copies of the same photo

💻 Environment/Context

• Projects
• Media library

❓ Issue/Question

• Hi everyone, I have a problem with Projects: if I add content into a Project, it creates several copies of the same photo
• The media was added from the Media Library with Copy to project, not uploaded from the computer

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check how the media was added
  • Note whether the media was uploaded from your computer or copied from the Media Library with Copy to project, and whether it happened once or on several Projects
• Clean up the Project
  • Delete the extra copies from the Project; the original media in the Media Library is not affected
• Report it with evidence
  • If it happens again, do not delete the copies straight away: reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via the Live Chat with the Project link and the name of the duplicated media, so the case can be investigated on the actual data

🔖 Notes

• Can I duplicate media from one collection to another one?
