Update your camera's FTP server address to the new server addresses
- For Europe: live-ftp-eu.scoreplay.io or 52.58.253.158. For NA: live-ftp-us.scoreplay.io or 44.209.213.129
- Update this in your camera's FTP settings. Your login credentials (username and password) stay the same

🥚 Cause (optional)
- ScorePlay migrated its FTP infrastructure in early October 2026. The old server addresses were decommissioned and replaced with new ones. Existing login credentials were preserved, but the server address in each camera's FTP settings must be updated manually
