How do I add or update a player's headshot?

In order for you to add or edit a player's headshot on your platform, the Teams & players > Can edit player/team permission should be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • From the Players tab
    • Go to Configure > Teams & players > Players tab
    • Find the player and select the ... (3 dots) > Edit
    • Select Add + and upload the headshot photo

  • Directly from the player's profile
    • Go to Configure > Teams & players > Players tab
    • Find the player and select View Player
    • Select Add/replace headshot

 

  • Once the headshot is saved, the AI can recognize the player and tag them in future uploads

 

 

🔖 Notes 

  • The headshot must meet ScorePlay's quality criteria for AI recognition to work
  • The AI uses the headshot photo linked to a player's profile to identify and tag that player in uploaded media
