User cannot access the portal and the web platform at the same time

❓ Issue/Question

• I have the permissions turned on, but the upload section isn't showing up when I give access to the portal
• Admin is trying to set up a user to have access to both a portal and web platform functionalities (like upload)

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Workaround: Create two accounts for the user
  • One account with access to the portal
  • One account with access to the web platform features

🥚 Cause

• Users with access to at least one portal lose access to all the web platform features
• One user account can have access to one or the other, not both
