User can't upload because the option is not there

❓ Issue/Question

• I need to upload some videos, but don't know how
• I don't see a way to upload contents on ScorePlay

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Upload is the second option in the left side menu

• If you can’t see it, the Upload > Can upload permission isn’t enabled on your account
  • Reach out to your platform admin to enable it
  • If you’re not sure who your platform admin is, reach out to the ScorePlay support team via the Live Chat to get their contact details
