I want to create a collection that all players can see

❓ Issue/Question

• I would like all these players to have access to the X collection
• Is there a way to set things up so that if a player/coach is not tagged in a specific sub-collection within a collection, they could still have access as long as they are on the team associated with the collection?
• Can players view media they're not tagged in?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• You can give players access to a whole collection, as long as they're tagged in at least one media in it
• The Player account type also needs access to the media
• To set this up, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or to the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat

🔖 Notes 

• This feature shows only media in a collection once the player has been tagged in at least one file, ensuring they only gain access to collections relevant to them
• Players access the collection from the Collection tab of the mobile app
• The main app feed still shows only the media the player is tagged in
