❓ Issue/Question
- As I'm clipping up a video to test, it looks like the video and audio are now out of sync in the clipping tool. Is there a way that this can be rectified?
- The audio and the vision isn't matching up. The audio is approx 10 secs ahead of the vision, if that makes sense

Check the source feed
- Get the URL ScorePlay uses to pull the live ingest
- Play it in a player such as VLC

If the audio is in sync in VLC
- Restart the live ingest in ScorePlay
- Duplicate the current live schedule
- End the current stream

If the audio is also out of sync in VLC
- The issue comes from the source feed, not from ScorePlay
- Reach out to the video production company to fix it
